WHAT IS FUTURMODA?

FUTURMODA is the only International Trade Fair of Components, Tanning, textiles and machinery for Footwear and Fine Leather Goods, which is held twice a year in Spain.

More than 300 exhibiting firms take part in it, the exhibition area takes up over 12.000 m² and more than 7000 professional visitors come to each edition, mainly designers, creators and manufacturers from industrial and manufacturing sectors such as footwear, fine leather goods, habitat, textile, clothing and fashion, among others.

WHEN IS THE NEXT EDITION OF FUTURMDOA GOING TO BE HELD

It will be held on the 16^th and 17^th of October, 2024 and at this edition the exhibitors will show us their new releases for the Autumn-Winter 2025-26 season.

The next edition of FUTURMODA will be very special, because we are celebrating the 50^th edition.

WHERE IS FUTURMODA HELD?

Futurmoda is held in the south east of SPAIN in the IFA-FIRA ALACANT exhibition centre that is located in the city of ELCHE just a few minutes away from Alicante and beside the international Airport.

Elche, together with the towns close by such as Elda, Petrer, Crevillente, or Villena, are where more than 80% of the footwear production of Spain is concentrated.

¿WHAT EXHIBITING COMPANIES TAKE PART IN FUTURMODA?

At FUTURMODA the exhibitors mainly come from Europe and especially Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and Germany.

Visitors will find manufacturers and businesses of all kinds of products to make footwear, fine leather goods, upholstery, costume jewellery, fur garments and fashion in general.

Visitors will find exhibitors of leather, fabric, chemicals, general accessories such as zips, ribbon, thread, laces, buckles. There is also a large number of companies that manufacture different components for footwear such as lasts, soles, insoles, and design service companies that specialise in embossing, punchings, silk-screen printing or moulds, as well as institutions and magazines related to the world of footwear and fine leather goods.

FUTURMODA, A SUSTAINABLE TRADE FAIR

If you are interested in sustainable products FUTURMODA is your trade fair, because it includes an exhibition area called FUTURMODA GREEN PLANET of more than 300 m² set aside to display the most up-to-date supply of natural and ecological materials for the footwear and fine leather goods sector, where you will find environmentally friendly products, natural, ecological and biodegradable fabrics, as well as metal-free leathers and recycled materials.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO VISIT THE FAIR?

Admission for visitors is FREE and to get your entry ticket you just have to register and you will be sent a QR code to the e-mail address that you have stated in the registration form.
