1, www.futurmoda.es is a domain owned by the Spanish Footwear Companies and Components Association (AEC as per its Spanish acronym)

2, All details provided via this website shall be included in an automatic personal data file that has been duly registered with the Data Protection Agency.

3, FUTURMODA has adopted all technical and organisational measures in order to ensure the security of all personal details and to avoid any alteration, loss, unauthorised treatment or access to these in view of the currently available technological advances, the nature of the details stored and the risks that they may be exposed to, pursuant to the stipulations included in Royal Decree 994/1999, passed on 11th June.

4, Users are entitled to access this information in order to either rectify it in case of wrong details or to delete them from the file.

5, All personal details’ processing and any electronic communications sent are made pursuant to the regulations included in Act 15/1999, passed on 13th de December  13 on Personal Data Protection (published in the Official Spanish Journal on 14/12/1999) and Act 34/2002, passed on 11th July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (published in the Official Spanish Journal on 12/07/2002).

PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to Act 15/1999, passed on 13th de December on Personal Data Protection, FUTURMODA hereby informs all users regarding the existence of an automated personal data file created for and to be used by FUTURMODA under their own responsibility, with the purpose of managing its relationships with users, as well as to facilitate their service related information, training and marketing duties as well as any related activities.

Upon accepting these General Terms and Conditions, FUTURMODA shall request you to provide basic and essential details in order to provide their services. These details are: Name, Surname, Address, Postcode and Telephone. Upon accepting this agreement, Users shall be informed regarding the requirement to provide the above mentioned details.

Likewise, FUTURMODA may also require certain additional details from users in order to provide specific services, including 1) Tax ID no. 2) Town 3) Date of birth 4) Gender 5) Profession 6) Personal interests, in order to define the service related information, training and marketing actions to be offered by FUTURMODA. These details shall be voluntary and, upon acceptance of this Agreement, users shall be informed that these are collected on a voluntary basis in order to allow FUTURMODA to provide their services. However, failing to provide these details shall result in FUTURMODA being unable to provide some or all of the related services requested.

Users provide their consent allowing FUTURMODA to use their internet browsing details with the purpose of sending them third party advertising based on the websites that they have visited previously. Each advertiser shall remain solely responsible for their own advertising’s truthfulness, accuracy and lawfulness, since FUTURMODA shall only act as a mere communicator. Advertisers will not have any access to user’s personal details directly, without prior express consent by each user.

Users, or their representatives, shall be entitled to exercise their rights to access, rectify, oppose and cancel the storage of their own personal details by sending a signed written request containing the following details: name and surname, address for the purpose of any notifications, a photocopy of their National ID or Passport, and their specific request addressed to:

Pursuant to the stipulations included in the General Terms and Conditions, user hereby acknowledges to know and accept the use of “Cookies” by FUTURMODA, although they are able to setup their own browser settings in order to be warned and to prevent the installation of the above “Cookies” in their hard drive. Please check the instruction manual for your own browser in order to complete this information.

Every request by FUTURMODA to provide user’s credit card details shall be encrypted and protected by a password in order to ensure that only users have access to this personal information. Users shall remain solely responsible to ensure that their password is kept secret.

FUTURMODA undertakes to comply with their obligations to ensure that all personal details are kept private and their duties regarding storage by adopting all required measures to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised access or processing pursuant to the Automated Files Security Measure Regulations concerning Personal Data approved by Royal Decree 994/99 passed on 11th July.
